Your PDF Plan

You'll be onboarded and receive Your PDF Plan within your first month of the program. Your PDF Plan has three goals attached to it:

• Production Goal - we want you to grow your production by at least $100,000 in 12 months
• Development Goal - we'll help you identify the skill, habit or trait that you need to develop so that you have the capacity to hit your production goal
• Freedom Goal - we'll help you decide what you'll do for yourself while you level up your capability and grow your production

Your PDF Plan is how we'll measure your performance. This will ensure we’re clear on where you’re going, how you’ll get there and why it matters. It's what we will use to keep you accountable towards making real progress, and it's completely personalised to you.

The Curriculum

You’ll get immediate access to a number of skills drill and then, over the first two months, a complete 6-module digital course, which comprises a step-by-step framework built specifically for commercial real estate agents.

In the program, we’ll get to work on three core areas:
